As a health administration professional I have worked in community mental health care as well as a hospital environment.

My education includes a Master's of Health Administration (Community Care) from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University with a double major in Visual Art and Psychology, and a Health Records Clerk certificate from George Brown College.

-Coordinated a team of 20+ mental health practitioners, ensuring smooth operations and excellent services, and creating organizational growth
-Spearheaded administrative procedures, performed staff onboarding and training, and ensured quality of services
-Expanded accessibility of services through direct billing introduction and implementation; completed payroll

2024

-Engaged stakeholders to determine inefficiencies, conducted an environmental scan of rehabilitation technologies, and proposed an implementation plan of the chosen technology for VHA's rehabilitation services

-Screened patients and visitors entering the hospital and ensured adherence to safety protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic
-Assisted with payroll completion for screening department
