Tender Worlds

Tender Worlds is a community arts collective fostering belonging through creative expression, emotional storytelling, and gentle gathering. Rooted in care ethics, mental health awareness, and interdisciplinary arts, it provides space for collective reflection and resilience amid systemic challenges like climate grief, disconnection, and burnout.
Through workshops, events, and narrative-based mutual care practices, Tender Worlds explores how creative community-making can support mental well-being and social healing. It is both an evolving art project and a living experiment in reimagined mental health care from the ground up.

Tender Worlds operates as a living research environment in which I examine the role of collaborative storytelling, visual art, and ritualized gathering in mental health support outside clinical spaces.
As both practitioner and researcher, I document these processes through field notes, participant reflection, and narrative-based artifacts. This practice-informed inquiry contributes to growing interdisciplinary conversations in community psychology, narrative medicine, and trauma-informed arts-based research—particularly in the context of ecological grief and systemic disconnection.
